Sole + Soul:
Move Your Body & Your Soul
In our monthly online workout program, you will receive 5 workouts per week (Monday through Friday), consisting of bodyweight and free weight circuit training that you can do from your living room! Each workout will consist strength and conditioning movements, lasting around 30 minutes. Plus, enjoy devotionals of truth and encouragement to feed your SOUL! In addition, you will receive a Nutrition PDF with tips and tricks to fueling your body the right way. And last but not least, you will have the constant support and accountability of your Sole Sisters to push you to accomplish your goals and feel your best. Ready, set, sweat!
